Overview:
TOPAZ uses the default printer of the PC that the reports are
printed from. Make sure that the PC can print to the default
printer. Do the Windows test print from that PC.
Try the following:
If more than one paper tray, specify the paper tray,
example paper tray one.
This can be a queueing issue in Windows.
Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes
Right-click on your default printer, choose properties.
Under "Spool print documents so program finish printing faster",
tick "Start printing after last page is spooled"
tick "Print spooled documents first".

If your default printer is a network printer,
also check the printer settings on the PC connected to the printer.
