If the same number is called more than once and the callmonitor
popups are not updated after each call, Topaz will send the same
number through multiple times with no company information. This means
after you have completed the first popup, the second popup will
still contain the same number that was dialled with no company information,
just like Topaz sent it to Callmonitor.
Complete the popups as they appear on your screen and this problem
will go away.
There was another issue where changing the "Company&Person" information
to just "Company" or "Person", it would still as for both.
This has been addressed in Topaz 1.7.5.0 and Callmonitor 1.7.5.0.
