- Windows:
Check if you can do a test print to the printer, since TOPAZ
uses the printer driver to view the report.

Regional Settings:

- The PABX Unit:
Check in the rawdata that your PABX unit sends off incoming
and outgoing call data.
Make sure that the data is not corrupted.

- The Buffer:
Check in the rawdata if a letter is used as call action.
If you use a buffer and compression is set, all letters will
be in uppercase. If you have a TOPAZ buffer, enter "/Q" to
check if compression is set. Enter "/M" to set uncompress.
- PABX3:
Make sure that you are using the correct plugin, for the PABX
unit and format that it is set to.
- TOPAZ:
Report settings:
If you do not use "between dates", check the PC date.
For example, if you choose "Last Week", TOPAZ will use the PC
date to calculate the date range for last week.
Check that you are not exlcuding all incoming or outgoing calls.
Under "Report Options": "Include incoming" or "Incoming calls only".
Close TOPAZ and all Client TOPAZ programs.
Delete C:\tmptopaz
Re-index the database files.
