You will need to blank the file and then import the calls again.

- Stop the TNG service.

Navigate to 'C:\Program Files\Datatex\tng\data'.
Create a backup folder, with for example todays date as folder name.
Move all the files starting with '1data' and '2data' to the backup folder.
