Topaz's Hospitality features are as follows:
A basic and very user-friendly billing screen. All calls between
booking in and booking out are listed on the invoice.
Custom billing rates can be set as a percentage mark-up on top of
Telkom's costs, a custom per second rate, or a custom per unit rate.
A cost calculator is built into the system. This allows a calls
cost to be calculated by entering the number, date and time, and
duration of the call. Topaz will then calculate the call's cost as
if it was dialled through the system. When a client wants to know
what a call will cost before they make it.
A fixed cost and description can be setup to always be displayed
on the invoice. For instance an extension rental option.
Topaz can export data to 3rd party systems like Fidelio, Unisolve POS,
Astrotel. These systems can then import the data directly for billing
purposes.
Topaz has 3 login levels that can allow an user to restrict access
to only reports or maintenance + reports.
Topaz can be configured to always start on the same screen of the
user's choice.
Barring facility on some PBX's. Currently Panasonic, ISDX,
Ericsson BP range, and Aristel are supported. Check our site or contact

Topaz is still just a Telephone Management System, that has some Billing
features build in. It is not a booking system.
