My TOPAZ is not updating live

How do I update my Topaz calls live?

If PABX3 and TOPAZ is running on the same PC, use "127.0.0.1"
as IP address for both applications.

In [TOPAZ -> SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX]
Check if the settings in the white grid matches the
setup in PABX3 -> COMMUNICATIONS. For example comport.

a. If the block at the bottom of the screen contains no data,
the PABX3 is not running or it is sending the information to
the incorrect network ip address and port.

b. If the information is different from the running PABX3,
there might be multiple PABX3s running or another Windows
login user is running it in another session.(XP switch user).

Close all PABX3 programs and those running in the back-round.
Close all TOPAZ programs and those running in the back-round.

Check that only ONE PABX3 is in the Windows "startup".
Start only the shortcut from the startup or Re-boot the PC.

Open TOPAZ.
SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> PABX, click on "Get PABX info". If you
can see the PABX details in the white block then the connection
between TOPAZ and PABX3 is up. Your calls will be update live.
