When I pull a report I get a HTTP500 error

Clear the Cookies and History in your browser.

It could be that some files are damaged. In this
example the extensions and user file. We need to
re-create the files. The setup will be lost and you
need to re-configure it.

Stop the TNG service.
Rename the Extension and User files in the TNG DATA folder.
Start the TNG service.
Pull the report again.
