Call Monitor (Setup:Account code & Extension)

Overview:

If the extension of the sending CallMonitor is not configured
in TOPAZ with the IP of the PC that the message was received from,
you cannot select the user name from the drop-down to reply
or right-click on the message to choose reply.

When using account codes you only need to setup the account code
in Call Monitor on the PC you want the reply to go to. This means that
the PC on which you setup the account code in, will always be your reply
to PC, even if you use your account code to phone from another extension.
If you go to another PC and enter you account code in Call Monitor and
apply it, this PC will now be your reply to IP, for all calls made with
your account code.

Procedure:

Follow the procedure for your Call Monitor option (extension or account):

Extensions:

In [TOPAZ -> Extension -> IP Address], enter:
the IP and
extension of the PC the message was sent from.
enter a user name (this is the name Call Monitor from/to name).
Click on the tick to save
or

Accounts:

Required:
TOPAZ 1.7.5.4 or newer
Call Monitor 1.7.5.4 or newer
In [CallMonitor -> Configure/Settings], Account Code Section,
Each Call Monitor must be configured with extension number.
This is the extension the account code will be linked to.
enter the account
Click on apply
In [TOPAZ -> DATA -> Extensions]
enter a user name (this is the name Call Monitor from/to name).
Click on the tick to save
Close your Call Monitor.
Close the TOPAZ Master and all Client TOPAZ programs.
Open the TOPAZ Master.
Open your Call Monitor.
