Enter the port number for that extension, it must be unique.
Each user on the terminal server must have there own port number.

Testing:

Use the Call Monitor inter-office messaging to test if you have
communication with TOPAZ.

[Call Monitor -> Configure -> Load Users], this will give you a list
of all the users from TOPAZ, which is setup for Call Monitor use.

Send a message to test if the network is and Call Monitor port
number setup is correct for each user.
[Call Monitor -> Messages -> Send Message]

Make a test call, while tracing the data from:
PABX3 -> VT100
PABX3 -> Call Data
TOPAZ -> SETUP -> TRANSACTION DATA

Once the call is ended, the call data string will be received
from the PABX and you can trace it from VT100 to TOPAZ. If the
call is updated in TOPAZ, you should also get your Call Monitor
pop-up.
