CSV File format for Detail with Summary Report Format

This is a quick dewscription for each column in the CSV file that is generated
when a Detail with Summary report is exported. This is just the totals for the
end of the report. If you want the details for each call, export a Detailed
report.

Description = The extension
Description1 = User associated to the extension
Description2 = Department
Description3 = Section
SIncoming = Total seconds for all incoming calls
DIncoming = Total duration for all incoming calls
TIncoming = Total number of all incoming calls
SPRivate = Total seconds for all private calls
DPrivate = Total duration for all private calls
TPrivate = Total number of all private calls
CPrivate = Total cost of all private calls
SBusiness = Total seconds for all business calls
DBusiness = Total duration for all business calls
TBusiness = Total number of all business calls
