Asterisk must write out the CSV file on the Asterisk server and TNG
on the Windows PC must have access to it.
If Asterisk is configured to write to a share location on the Windows PC
and there is network/sharing issues it could influence your Asterisk system.
If configured to write the CSV file locally (on Asterisk server), TNG can
collect the file when the 'link' is available and no calls should be lost
(Asterisk writes the CSV file locally on the Asterisk server).
Once this configuration is in place, you may continue to install TNG.
Configure TNG to use the CSV Import option.
