Where do I see my line numbers in TOPAZ?

Open TOPAZ

Click on data and click on lookups then lines.
The line table will be displayed. This table contains the line number and you can
add a 'description' for your individual lines, if needed.

How do I add a line number in TOPAZ manually?.

Click on data and click on lookups then lines

Click on timer on and it will display timer off.
Click on the + icon in the navigation bar to add the line number and the description.
After you have entered the information click on the tick in the navigation bar to save it.
Once all the line numbers has been entered click on the timer off icon to switch it on.
If you leave it on 'Timer Off' TOPAZ will not be importing call data.

How to add a line number in TOPAZ automatically?.

When a call is made/received the PABX selects a line numbers. Therefore as soon as you
make or receive a call, a line is selected and this line number is part of the call data TOPAZ
receives. This line number is added automatically to TOPAZ

How to delete a line number in TOPAZ?.

Click on data and click on lookups then lines

Click on timer on and it will go off.
Click on the - icon to delete the line number and the description.
After you have deleted all the information click the timer off to switch it on.

PLEASE NOTE: if the pabx uses the line number again, it will automatically be added to TOPAZ.
