This discussion is based on space that TOPAZ will use on the PC (files created and maintained
by TOPAZ). If your PC is not dedicated to TOPAZ, please free some space on the PC according
to the applications you need.
To clear space you need to remove files from the PC or make the file size less.
You can delete TMPTopaz folder.
Close TOPAZ
Go to your C:drive -> TMPTopaz folder -> right click and delete
By doing a purge in TOPAZ. SETUP -> PROPERTIES -> TRANSACTIONS -> Purge prior to
Please note: this will delete all entries before the purge date.
To retrieve it you need to re-import files from oldpabxpip folder or import rawdata files via
PABX3 (calls is the imported to the database at costing rate currently loaded into TOPAZ).
If you use TOPAZ Centre it removes the data from the live database and archives it to
TOPAZ Centre. Which does not free any disk space. If you copy the archive folder to another
PC on the network, it will free space. But you then need to copy it back onto the TOPAZ PC
to access the data via TOPAZ Centre.

You can backup and move the rawdata files to another PC,
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Pabx3\Rawdata.
You can backup and move the files in oldpabxpip to another PC,
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\OldPabxpip.
