Now you can pull a report.
Please note:
When a re-costing is done, the cost of the call will change. The 'Prefix' on the report
will display that of the correct costing for the telephone number. However the 'Destination'
displayed on the report will stay what is was before the first re-costing was done (in other
word the destination when the call was first imported into TOPAZ).
If you need to update the 'Destination' you will have to purge the calls in question (TOPAZ
only has a purge prior to option) and then import the pip files with the required rates tables
loaded. This means you must take care with the sequence you import the files and which rates
is loaded at the time. Make sure that the pip files only contain the calls for the date range
you require.
Alternatively you can contact support@datatex.co.za to request an file to delete a date range so
that you can import only this calls.
