ERROR in UpdateMasterFile ->Field 'Number' must have a value

This problem occurs when importing telephone numbers from excel into TOPAZ and a telephone
number is not present in the number column of the spreadsheet that is being imported.

When opening the CSV file,a pop up error will occur similair to "Master Dbill not found"

Please check the spreadsheet you intend to import and make sure that you have included every telephone
number in the correct column.
