Upload the dll file: How to update a Plugin

Please use the PSamsung_7400.dll, version 2007.11.9.1 or newer.
Requirements:
- PABX format: See output sample format below.
- Please select South-Africa when installing the PABX.
- Only has an IP connection option - No Serial.
- Plugin: 'PSamsung_7400.dll', version '2007.11.9.1' or newer.

Also available on the TOPAZ CD:- Navigate to PABX3 -> Profiles -> Lib. The PSamsung_7400.dll needs to be copied
For TOPAZ into C:\Program Files\Datatex\Pabx3\Profiles\Lib.
For the TNG software into C:\Program Files\Datatex\TNG\Plugins

- Pin Codes:
To pull user reports, we require a pin code in the rawdata. This pin code must be associated to a user name in the TMS to pull reports by user name.

In this example the pin code is 1935. It is displayed in the 'AUTH' column in the rawdata.
Test: Make a call using the pin code. Check the rawdata to see if the pin code is displayed in the AUTH column. If not, please contact your PABX support.
If you have a problem with historic data, just check the rawdata for that period and if any pin codes displayed under AUTH column. If any, check if the pin code is configured with a user.
