- On the browser page, check if any errors displayed.
If popups are blocked, you will have a yellow bar with a click here option
to allow popups - please enable. - Check in the TNG logs for any errors.
- Upgrade TNG to the latest version - better logging of errors.
- Ping the TNG server from the PC you are trying to pull the report from to ensure this is not a network/access issue.
