TOPAZ and the Ericsson MD110

Connecting the PABX to the TOPAZ PC:

Use a straight serial conversion from 25 pin to 9 pin.

PABX output format:

The MD110 by default doesn't report incoming and outgoing line numbers.
With the following format all the line numbers and account codes are reported:

Ensure that the resolution is set to 1 second:

This will ensure that the call duration is reported in Hour:Minute:Second notation.

Plugin to translate the call details as per standard format is
PEricssonMD110_Format4_2.dll

1209 is the date, the Ericsson MD110 does not give off the year. In this case it is XXXX0912,
where XXXX represents the year the PC date is set to (not the month and day of the PC).
1159 is the time, the Ericsson MD110 does not give off seconds, therefore 11:59:00.
00000 is the duration of the call, format hmmss.Please note that these values is not calculated by the PABX3 plugin, it is received from the PABX.

Call actions for call direction incoming and outgoing:

Answered
Unanswered, as defined by the PABX.
Transferred
Forwared

This plugin only caters for the following call actions(on posistion 24 for 3):
