Now shows "disconnected" on status line instead of "connected" when a
logout instruction is received from Ruby.

Export the data to a CSV file, can be loaded in spreadsheet applications
"Use busiest hour" system changed on Erlang screen:
Select the hour to use from a grid, sorted by Erlangs
Select the date range to use for the busiest hour
