Ruby error: "reset ACD call counter"

Postby Belinda Frick » Tue Dec 07, 2010 11:00 am

If Calls or Unanswered calls reaches 65535, Ruby will display the
message "Reset ACD counters" on the wallboards and PCBoards as a warning.

The PABX Unit stops counting up the calls, and the ACD counters on the
PABX Unit should be reset as soon as possible.

Contact your PABX Support Company to do the reset.

  1. LG 100 / 162
    Press the follwoing buttons ona 8key phone to reset:
    TRANS * # TRANS
    4 2 "FLEX KEY6" {The Light should be on now, press it again, if it is not.}
    HOLD TRANS
    {Wait 10 Seconds}
    4 2 "FLEX KEY6" {The light should be Off now. Press it again if it is not}
    HOLD
    MON

  2. Samsung OfficeServ

    It can be set to reset the ACD counter for example hourly or daily:

Please note:

In PABX3 -> Tools -> VT100, the group number should be
for example, ~1=. If not the PABX unit needs to be configured.
We need to receive the group data (ACD) for RUBY to display
the correct Call Centre information. Contact your PABX Dealer
for the correct configuration.
