The group number in RUBY Server linking the group with the
agents must match the number used to setup the group in
RUBY Tapi for the queue.
In RUBY Server:
Configure-> Group
Enter your group number and description here.
Configure-> Agent
Enter the agents with their extension and group number
In RUBY TAPI:
RUBY TAPI Configuration-> Queue
The group number must match the group number in RUBY.
You can have only one QH0001 device.
or you can edit the INI file directly:
C:\Program Files\Datatex\Ruby2\RubyTapi.ini
Close RubyTAPI if you do this.
Change the Queues so it looks like this:
Queues=[group number 1],[qdevice 1],[did 1],[group number 2],[qdevice 2],[did 2]
example:
Queues=1,QH0001,
