- Sample of login and logout data:
In this example extension 206 logs into group 510
and extension 207 logs out of group 510.
Sample of ACD queue data:
In PABX3 -> Options -> Network,
tick 'Network Enabled' to enable 'live' update to TOPAZ.
in the 'Remote Applications' section tick 'Send Call Centre Data'.
In PABX3 -> Options -> Ruby Call Centre.

- Make sure TOPAZ is open and receiving data LIVE.
i.e. timer on, network enabled

In TOPAZ under '[DATA -> EXTENSION]', tick 'Ruby Extension' for each RUBY extension.
Please note that the tick must be in bold black (it must be black on white, and not
grayed out), else it is not enable. Untick and tick again - it must show black on white.
