RUBY and Windows VISTA

When using Windows Vista, you need to give the SYSTEM user access to the RUBY.GDB
datatbase.

Go to "C:\Program Files\Datatex\Ruby2\Data".
Right-click on the "RUBY.GDB" file and select "Properties".
Click on the "Security" tab.
Select "Edit".
Enter "SYSTEM" and give permission (read and excecute, write).
