The only way this can work is if we use the Plasma Monitor
as an "Extended monitor" from the RUBY Supervisor PC and drag
the RUBY application Window onto this second monitor.
This will allow the supervisors to conitinue working using
their own monitor. So it will basically be connecting the
PLASMA as a second monitor on the RUBY Supervisor PC.
The PLASMA screen will only have a display if the RUBY Supervisor
is running. Therefore the RUBY Supervisor PC must be on during
call centre hours and RUBY Supervisor must be open as per
above instructions.
Note you also get dual view or the clone setting, which will
duplicate output on both screens. This will not be ideal for
a call centre display setup.
Your screencard needs to have this functionality and the output
connection needs to be compatible between the screencard and
PLASMA screen.
