How to access my recordings in ONYX?

Overview:

ONYX is a standalone voice recorder for use by a single user in
a small office setup. The ONYX user can view all the recordings
made with ONYX.

For a more secure environment, you can use ONYXPlus or AMETHYST.

ONYXPlus has a central database with access control (optional).

For Agent Quality Management (AQM) you require AMETHYST.
AMETHYST supervisors have access to a group of agents.
