System seems to skip when taking a screen shot

This can be caused by a couple of things:
1. The color depth of your computer can cause it to be slow, if it is very low
(16 colors) or very high above 16 Bit (32 bit or higher)

2. The Hardware acceleration of your video card is enabled. (Check the slide-bar
on your Display settings -> Advanced -> Troubleshooting.)
