If you click on save it gives the message:

"HCI/CTI/telephony option TAPI must be in affect"
Then the TAPI Licensing must be enabled under licensing for the Mitel.
This will require a Reboot. Please note that the reboot can take up to 15 minutes or more.

Enable the tick box/radio control for "TAPI / CTI"
