How do I change a ratebook for a trunk/default ratebook?

On the TNG Home page, select the 'Trunk Line Settings' page.

1. If you need to change the default ratebook, under 'Default Ratebook' just select it from the drop-down next to 'This ratebook will be used to cost calls if the trunk is undefined'.
   
   
2. If you need to add a different ratebook vir specific trunks, enter the following as per column heading :
   
   Trunk
   Trunk Description
   Monitor Activity (tick if needed)
   Ratebook (Select from drop-down)
   
   After clicking on ADD it will list the trunk just added.

Note:

If you need to re-cost calls for the ratebook selected then you need to do a Synchronize data.

TNG version 1.0.7.0. onwards has this feature.

On the TNG Home page, select the 'Synchronize Data' option:
Select your date range,
tick 'Trunk' and
click on 'APPLY'.

Depending on how much data must be re-costing it will take time to do so.
