"No Access" to a user in Amethyst Supervisor

"No Access" to a user in Amethyst Supervisor

AMETHYST 1.3 no longer supported, please
contact your dealer for upgrade options!

Make sure that you have given the supervisor access to the new users. By default
Amethyst does not give a supervisor access to any new users that are added to
the system.

To Fix:
1. Click on "Configure Supervisors" on the "Amethyst Server".
2. Mark the new users that the supervisor should have access to on the right-hand
side of the screen.
3. Save the settings with the Tick mark at the top of the screen.

Now the supervisor should have access to the see the screen and listen to the
recordings of that user.
