Herewith explanation of this critical e-mail reported:
Under Configure Cardserver, it's configured with an IP address and
that IP address is whats printed in the log entry. For this log entry,
please check that the IP address given matches the one for the actual
cardserver. I'd recommend that the cardserver should have a static
IP address (one that doesn't change). This is the IP to use under
Configure Cardserver.
If the IP address matches, it could be a firewall or network problem.
Basically AMETHYST cannot 'find' the IP specified as the cardserver.
Please investigate.
