TNG doesn't want to process calls on Asterisk Linux install

TNG requires a "WriteTimeout" value of 10000ms (10 seconds) otherwise
the manager interface times out and stops sending us information.

You can manually edit the manager.conf file and add "writetimeout = 10000"
to the TNG user's section and reload the manager config from within the
asterisk command interface.

Please note that some Webfront ends will remove this option if you make
changes to the manager configuration.
Please check it again after you have made changes.
