TNG 4* with Call Manager Interface: no call details

TNG 4* with Call Manager Interface: no call details... AMI Disconnected

My TNG stopped updating call details and the following is in the log file:

Possible cause:

  1. The user name and secret for TNG does not exist anymore.
  2. Asterisk is not allowing the connection (firewall, port changed, etc.).
