Missing export formats for reports in Topaz 1.4.0.12, 1.4.0.13, and 1.4.0.15
The only solution is to upgrade to 1.4.0.16, or downgrade to an earlier version.
The upgrade is recommended, since there were many other bugfixes in 1.4.0.16.
