Cost figures do not appear correctly. eg. only currency symbol and no values or very large valuesWe use the regional settings of the computer to display all cost values.
Change your regional settings under the control panel for number and currency to
e.g.
Number
Decimal symbol = .
Digits after decimal = 2
Digit Group symbol = .
Digits in group = 0
Currency
Digit Group Symbol = .
Digits in group = 0
In Windows 98 : Decimal symbol = .
Digits in group = 2
Digit Group Symbol = ,
No. of digits in group = 3
If only a currency symbol appears, it may be that the value is too large
to display on the report. You can check this by looking at the grid on the
enquiries screen. You can also use the "Check Cost" facility to ensure that
the rates are correct.
If your rates are incorrect, run a rates update and recost the calls.
If your rates are correct, and the values on the enquiries grid look reasonable,
it may be that Topaz doesn't have sufficient space on that report. Try running
the report for a shorter period of time, or send a request to Datatex asking
that the report field be widened.
