How do I show line descriptions in the Trunk Line

How do I show line descriptions in the Trunk Line Activity Report?

Under Reports -> Custom Reports, at the bottom in the centre of the screen,
click on the drop-down for "Group by" and select "LineDescription" instead
of "Line". The report will now summarise the data according to your line
description, so if you had 4 lines with a description of "ISDN", those
lines would be summarised together.

To keep data for each line seperate, give each line a unique description.

You can edit the line descriptions under Data -> Lookups -> Lines.

This is also usefull if a line number changes and the phone number stays the same.
You can give the old and new line number the same description(example the phone
number of that line) and do a report on "LineDescription" to get all the calls
for that phone number before and after the line number changed.
