If this does not work, proceed. - If topaz give an error when starting up first sort this errors out.
- Check in the log file for errors:
[SETUP ->RUNNING LOGS]
If you get an error "Text exceeds memo capacity",
open the log file from word pad,
usually in C:\Program Files\Datatex\Topaz\topaz.log (TOPAZ>PROPERTIES>LOG FILE)
Sort this errors out.
If you use the PURGE option in TOPAZ, it will delete all the entries in the log
except the last 30. - Read SSL:There is no data for any of my recent calls.
- Make sure the shortcut for the client version points to the same database as
the master Topaz.

Read SSL:Network error while starting Client Topaz.
You can delete the "C:\tmptopaz" directory on the Client PC. - Read SSL:error "insufficient disk space" when running summary report
