Re-registration of Topaz creates printout with no Company Details


  1. In Windows:
    Check if the printer drivers are set on Graphic/ HighDetail.
    If so, set it to Draft.
    If there are no "quality" setting to draft look for
    something that will set "dpi". Set it to the lowest value.
  2. The Printer:Make sure the printer is not manually set to override the
    quality settings of Windows.
  3. In TOPAZ:
    Do a reset serial and print the registration form.
    Fax to Datatex (021) 592-4077 to re-register.
