If you have rawdata rather use the re-import rawdata option:: How do I import rawdata into TNG?
If your database is damaged, then you must first blank the database and then import all the data you require: How do I blank the TNG call details?
Steps to import:
If you have a network connection to the PABX, TNG will not load data for the time that you use this import option. We suggest doing it after hours.
- Enter the TNG icon on the desktop/start menu
- Once logged into the TNG
- Enter general settings
- Enter the technical password.
- Scroll down to communication congfiguration
Make notes of your settings before you change it to the file reader mode.
- Select file reader in the communication mode
- PABX interface PTNGExport.dll [Required Version 2009.05.20.1 or newer ]
- Apply all changes
- Enter user configuration
- Add the names of the users in the name and pin code section.
The pin code and user name will be the same value (both will be the user name as displayed in the Export file). Please compare the user names in your Export files to that under 'Configure Users' and add where different.
NOTE that the Pin code field will only take the first 15 characters.
- Load the export data[located in "C:\Program files\Datatex\TNG\Export" folder] in the TNG import folder [located in "C:\Program files\Datatex\TNG\Import" folder]
NOTE: In Windows 64 Bit the TNG is located in "C:\Program files (X86)\Datatex\TNG\"
