RUBY REPORT: No abandoned and queue data on individual reports (LG and Samsung PABX)
The LG/SAMSUNG PABX doesn't give queue details for individual calls, only a
group-level summary. The detailed reports (queue times and abandoned
times) require queue details for individual calls.
