TNG4* not loading calls from Asterisk 1.6

It has been noted that TNG does not load call records from Asterisk 1.6.0.15.

TNG requests the dialplan when it starts up, so it connects to
asterisk manager and uses the 'show dialplan' command.

The commands has been changed/modified in Asterisk 1.6.

Using a hexeditor to open the binary /opt/datatex/tng/tng and change the ASCII
string from 'show dialplan' to 'dialplan show' (used in asterisk 1.6+).

TNG will now request the dial plan using 'dialplan show' instead of the
deprecated command.

This has been resolved in TNG 1.0.7.0.
