Please note that when using SMDRLink to connect to the Alcatel PABX and you use the setting Alcatel Protocal setting, you must not enable 'Keep alive'.
In the versions after 1.6.3.3 the 'Keep alive' option will be disable if you enable the Alcatel protocol option.
