Guildftp problems

With versions of GuildFTPd prioir to 0.999.11 there are a few problems when
large amount of records are going to be transferred.

The most significant is the memory leak related to the transfer stats. To fix get
a version 0.999.11 or newer. Close Guildftp, Delete the xferstat.dat and stats.log
file in the GuildFTPd directory if they are present. Then install the new GuildFTP
and run.
