In TOPAZ check the following:
DATA > EXTENSIONS > AMETHYST IP
Enter the IP address of the PC recording from that extension.
SETUP > PROPERTIES > NETWORK/FRONT OFFICE
Make sure the AMETHYST CALL RECORDER enable is ticked.
