- The LG has a default setting that will buffer about 60
calls, thereafter it does not send off call records.
Please change this default setting under the LG programming
to continious output to receive all your call data.
Please contact LG PABX support to enable this feature. - PABX3 version 3.3.3.9 has the feature to re-connect. This is set
with the "TimeOut" option under "Communications". If
set to 60 it will only reconnect (close and re-connect to the comport)
every hour. You can set it to for example 2 minutes.
The log is found in the location C:\Program Files\Datatex\Pabx3\LOGS\200841,
where 200841 is the week of the year when the log was created. - When is the Comport opened and closed?
PABX3 Opens the comport on start and on close.
