Mitel Phone display ... waiting on ack ...

Problem description:

I want to setup my Mitel phone to point to the SRC. I followed the steps to set the ICP, see example of configuration of ICP for Mitel phone:

I cannot configure my Mitel phone's ICP to point to the SRC.

The Mitel phone displays "waiting on ack".

Solution:

We've seen this error when the ICP is not configured on the SRC(Mitel side).

To fix it:

• Login on the MSL(Mitel Secure Language).
  
• Click on "Secure Recording Connector" link on the left-hand menu.
• Click on the "ICPs" tab.
• Click on the "Add an ICP" link.
• Enter the IP address and a descriptive name for the ICP.
