Where can I see incoming vs outgoing calls?

• The 'Department Summary by Extension' report give a total per extension by department and the following break up:

  If you click on the '+' next to Extension number it will show you the details for that extension. It will also list total lines. The total line for the extension:

  Total for extension : 3307 Inc Calls/ Out Calls : 319 / 50 02:02:09 R40.85

  
  
  In the above example extenson 3307 had 319 incoming calls, 50 outgoing, spent 02:02:09 on the phone at a cost of R40.85.
  
  You also get a Grand Total split up as per above explanation.
  
  
• If you need to see totals per extension without having to click on the extension number, use the 'Extension Occupation' report to see incoming and outgoing totals per extensions.
  
  
• The 'Call Distribution per Service Provider Report with Unanswered, Incoming and Outgoing Breakdown' will show totals for all calls split up as:
