AMI Exception:ProcessAMIEvent: Access violation Asterisk 1.8

Overview:

TNG4* (v1.0.7.0) running on the Asterisk (v1.8) server stopped loading calls. In the log, there are a few access violation errors, see example below:

We noticed that TNG does not create any log file since these errors started.

Please Note: Do not re-install the TNG4* software. The directory structure will remain the same even after the re-install.

Please try the following:

    Run TNG without the "-D" and it will print everything that fails on the screen. If this is a permission issue, the errors should be on the screen.

    If it goes back to the cursor/command prompt without any messages, then it is not running.

    To stop the TNG if it is running in this mode, you need to use "CTRL+C".
