Either:
- the wrong executable is running or
- the configuration file was damaged and it defaulted to a normal TNG configuration.
This has been noted when TNG for Asterisk has been moved from one PC to another. It could be that with the copy of the data the configuration corrupted. To move TNG from one PC to another please see forum post:
How do I re-install/move TNG?
In the TNG.ini file it will show settings for the COM PORT connection to the buffer. A TNG for Asterisk will never have these entries as it does not work with an USB buffer.
If you have a backup of your TNG.ini file, you can stop the TNG deamon, replace the existing tng.ini with the backup and start the TNG deamon again.
