Mitel: calls loaded 201201 for 201112 shows as 201212

My TNG PC was switched off over the December holidays. When I restarted it in January 2012, then December 2011 calls started loading. The Mitel rawdata does not have a year and therefore my December 2011 calls shows as January 2012. How do I fix this?

TNG does not have a feature to delete data or date ranges as data is then manipulated. The only option is to blank the TNG database and re-import the export files. You will however have to change the date in the export files to 2011 for the December calls in question.

To blank TNG database:

• Stop the TNG service.
• Navigate to 'C:\Program Files\datatex\tng\data'.
• Make a backup folder, for example todays date.
• Move the ?_data_?.dat files to the backup folder.
• Start the TNG service.
• Your TNG will have no call details.
