Not being able to play the recording from Supervisor

This is usually a browser and/or security setting.

In IE(Internet Explorer):

  • On high security,

    it won't even show the Media Player.

  • On medium security,

    it may bring up a message at the top of the page saying the page wants to run something via Windows Media Player, and the user can choose to accept or deny the request. If they deny or ignore it, the recording won't play.

Please contact your IT for support as network access, restrictions, etc. is specific to the site policies.

Also note that on Windows2003 and Windows2008 server java scripting is blocked by default.
